You will coordinate across stakeholders, design configurations, and lead go-live activities to ensure customer value and successful adoption.

The role emphasizes business process alignment, project leadership, and customer enablement, with up to 50% travel and remote work options in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, project management, or SaaS deployment.
• Proven experience leading enterprise software implementations.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into configuration and processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional implementation workstreams for enterprise deployments from kickoff to go-live.
• Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and cross-functional coordination.
• Facilitate workshops to capture customer business processes and success criteria.
• Translate requirements into scalable configuration plans, templates, workflows and permissions.
• Partner with technical teams to align functional needs with technical activities.
• Lead customer status meetings and governance sessions.
• Maintain project documentation and decisions for repeatable delivery.
• Act as trusted advisor to maximize customer value from the platform.
