Job summary

Applied Systems seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to lead full-cycle enterprise sales of Applied Carrier and Cytora solutions to large insurance carriers, MGAs and wholesale brokers. This remote role involves prospecting, discovery, POC leadership, and formal proposals with frequent U.S.

travel. You will build executive relationships, develop strategic plans, and translate AI/LLM capabilities into underwriting and operations value for carrier customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience including 5+ years in insurance or insurtech
• 5+ years selling enterprise SaaS and/or data solutions to large carriers or brokers
• Owns complex opportunities end-to-end including discovery, evaluation or POC leadership, negotiation and close
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to close for named strategic accounts
• Create and execute strategic account plans identifying stakeholders and initiatives
• Translate discovery into a proof-of-concept plan with clear success criteria
• Multithread senior relationships across underwriting, claims, technology, operations and executives
• Explain LLMs, data flows, and APIs in practical underwriting and operational value
• Lead cross-functional partners to remove blockers and support purchasing decisions
• Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and forecasting using Salesforce CRM
