Job summary

Uniphore Technologies North America Inc. is seeking a seasoned Enterprise SaaS Account Executive to own and grow a flagship insurance portfolio, expand across new lines of business, and manage onboarding through renewal.

You will drive $2M–$4M in expansion ARR annually, build ROI-focused QBRs, and lead cross-functional teams. Candidates should have 10+ years in enterprise SaaS, 5+ years of C-suite relationships, and MEDDPICC/Challenger experience.

Qualifications

• Must have proven success managing and expanding complex, high-value enterprise accounts in the insurance industry.
• Minimum 10+ years in enterprise SaaS/technology account management or sales with consistent quota attainment.
• At least 5+ years managing C-suite relationships in large enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a flagship strategic insurance account across new lines of business.
• Build and execute a multi-year account strategy with robust ARR targets.
• Own the full account lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Deliver multi-million expansion ARR annually through upsell and cross-sell.
• Develop ROI-driven business reviews that earn executive sponsorship.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Solutions Eng, CS, Product, and Legal.
• Track adoption, usage, and trends to surface expansion opportunities and defend churn risk.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility in Salesforce.
