ElevenLabs is hiring an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in the Insurance sector. You will engage carriers, MGAs, and brokers, translate AI voice capabilities into business value, and lead deals from discovery to procurement.

This remote-first role requires 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups, and a track record closing six- to seven-figure deals. Travel is common for onsite client visits.

Competenze

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology.
• Experience with AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms is preferred.
• Proven success closing six- and seven-figure deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Ability to take a warm introduction through discovery, Proof of Value, and procurement to close.
• Experience selling to both technical and business buyers, including compliance and risk gatekeepers.

Mansioni

• Focus on prospecting and landing net-new customers to expand ElevenLabs’ Insurance market footprint.
• Balance a pipeline of large national carriers with regional and mid-sized insurers for fast closes.
• Identify where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in claims, policy servicing, and renewals.
• Stay current on the conversational AI landscape, including governance and regulation.
• Develop and execute account strategies across buying groups and land one high-impact use case.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to solve use cases, guide security and AI governance reviews, and scale in production.
• Partner with Legal teams to drive fast-moving negotiations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice to sharpen positioning and references.
