Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive multi-year, multi-million-dollar opportunities within top enterprise accounts and net new prospects across MI and OH markets. You will own full sales cycles from prospecting to close, expand NinjaOne adoption, and negotiate terms with senior leadership.

This remote role requires a proven hunter mentality, exceptional communication, and strong presentation skills, including product demos and discovery calls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience selling SaaS to B2B enterprises.
• Experience selling IT operations software or similar solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding enterprise quotas.
• Hunter and closer mentality with ability to generate pipeline and win new business.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospective accounts to build a robust pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects.
• Negotiate terms and discounts with leadership approval for below-threshold discounts.
• Identify key decision-makers and procurement processes to advance opportunities.
• Collaborate with channel partners to identify prospective opportunities.
• Forecast opportunities in Salesforce to meet or exceed quota.
