Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, Channel to drive growth in the enterprise market. You will own the full technical sales cycle—from discovery and architecture through proof-of-concept and implementation—while shaping playbooks and repeatable processes to scale.

This is a builder role for someone who thrives in high-stakes B2B SaaS environments. Location flexibility includes remote work from the USA; travel is ~50%, and you’ll work closely with AEs to influence deal strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales engineering or technical consulting for enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of IT operations, RMM, and ITSM-adjacent platforms.
• Ability to influence roadmap and articulate technical value to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the full pre-sales technical experience for Enterprise Partners and customers.
• Lead architecture design, demos, and technical engagements to drive deals.
• Represent NinjaOne at enterprise events and customer forums.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Training to accelerate value realization.
• Develop and maintain reusable technical assets and playbooks.
• Support RFP/RFI content and ensure alignment with customer needs.
