Job summary

NinjaOne seeks an autonomous Enterprise Solutions Engineer, Channel to drive enterprise expansion. You’ll own the full pre‑sales cycle—from discovery and architecture to proof‑of‑concept and implementation—collaborating with AEs to influence strategy and deliver real impact.

Location is flexible in the USA with a hybrid remote arrangement; travel is ~50% for strategic customer meetings and events, and you’ll shape tools and processes to scale growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a pre‑sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role for enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Deep domain knowledge in enterprise IT operations, RMM, endpoint management, and ITSM platforms.
• Ability to translate technical value to executives and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full pre‑sales technical experience for Enterprise Partners, Channel, MSPs & Customers.
• Demonstrate products, design architectures, and drive strategic customer engagements to close deals.
• Build playbooks, lab environments, demo flows, and scripts to scale the SE function.
