Job summary

Samsara, a leading provider of the Connected Operations Cloud, is seeking a strategic Customer Success leader to guide our largest customers from onboarding through renewal. You will own enterprise deployments, drive adoption, and partner with Sales, Support, and Product to maximize business value.

You will work remotely across the US (travel up to 10% may be required) and help shape scalable customer success practices in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution is required.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with the IoT platform.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers; drive quick time to value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.
