Job summary

Samsara is hiring an Enterprise Core Implementation Consultant to guide the deployment and adoption of our IoT solutions for enterprise customers. You will own the customer relationship across onboarding, adoption, and renewal, coordinating with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product to ensure value realization.

The role emphasizes exceptional communication with executives and end users, and requires experience with large-scale deployments in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
• Experience serving large-scale Fortune 500 clients.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide Samsara’s largest customers throughout onboarding, adoption, renewal and success.
• Own customer relationships and ensure successful deployment of Samsara’s IoT solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product to enable cross-functional success.
• Run trainings and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and day-to-day users.
• Track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health.
