Job summary

Samsara in the United States is seeking an Enterprise Core Implementation Consultant to guide large customers through deployment and adoption of our IoT solutions. You will own the customer relationship from onboarding to renewal, coordinate with Sales, Support, and Product, and ensure successful deployments for fleets and industrial assets.

Remote role with travel up to 10%. Requires 6+ years in senior CS/AM/consulting, strong communication, and ability to work with executives and frontline

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
• Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations.
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and day-to-day users.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations with our IoT platform.
• Manage the deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers, enabling quick time to value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and day-to-day users.
• Juggle multiple customer engagements and work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Serve as a mentor to the wider Customer Success and Support teams.
• Deeply understand the Samsara platform’s capabilities and explain them to customers.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
