Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Core Implementation Consultant in the East/Central region. This remote US role involves guiding enterprise customers through deployment and adoption of Samsara's IoT solutions for fleets and industrial assets.

You will collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product to ensure successful deployments and lasting customer relationships. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in senior customer success or consulting, strong communication with executives, and a proven track

Qualifications

6+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
Experience supporting or working with technical products.
Excellent consultative skills with end-to-end system implementations.
Proven ability to communicate with executives, Product and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Be on the front-lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency and sustainability with our IoT platform.
Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers for quick time to value.
Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
Track implementation progress, adoption, and account health.
Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and day-to-day users.
Juggle multiple engagements and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a stellar customer experience.
Mentor the wider Customer Success and Support teams.
Deeply understand Samsara platform capabilities and explain them to customers.
