Job summary

Samsara's Select Customer Success team advises and guides our largest customers, handling onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal to ensure lasting value.

In this Implementation role, you’ll enable Enterprise customers to deploy our IoT solutions for fleets and industrial assets, own the customer relationship, coordinate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product, and drive successful deployments at scale.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to quickly understand a customer's business and explain technology to executives and day-to-day users.
• Experience with enterprise onboarding/adoption and renewal processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal for Samsara's strategic customers within the Implementation team.
• Own the customer relationship for Enterprise accounts and ensure successful deployment of Samsara's IoT solutions for fleets and industrial assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product to enable multi-team execution and scale.
• Travel up to 10% to customer sites as needed, and work with customers across diverse industries.
