Job summary

First Due’s Enterprise Implementation Manager leads end-to-end delivery of enterprise deployments for large fire and EMS agencies in the US. This senior role coordinates a delivery team, owns the program plan, and ensures delivery quality, timeline integrity, and scope control across an assigned portfolio.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of customer-facing implementation, professional services, or program management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Strong public safety industry knowledge, with emphasis on fire service operations and EMS.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-department stakeholder groups, including executive sponsors and staff.
• Formal project management discipline with baselined scheduling and risk tracking.
• Demonstrated use of AI tooling within delivery workflows.
• Experience translating agency requirements into software delivery scope.
• Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of an assigned portfolio of Enterprise programs from sales transition through configuration, data migration, training, go-live, and Customer Success transition.
• Build and maintain program plans in Rocketlane with critical path and risk records.
• Sequence go-live events around agency readiness and recover at-risk programs.
• Publish weekly program status with risks and decisions.
• Own change control and confirm scope and go-live expectations before kickoff.
