First Advantage Global operating Centre is seeking a Professional Services Manager (Implementation) to lead complex enterprise implementations from discovery through go-live. This senior, customer-facing role coordinates across Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer Success to translate requirements into scalable solutions while guiding projects to go-live and first revenue.

The position is 100% remote within the United States, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex enterprise implementations, professional services engagements, or comparable onboarding programs.
• Strong discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, scope and risk management.
• Negotiate and influence with customers and internal stakeholders to commitments.
• Translate integrations, APIs, data exchange, configuration into business implications.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Client Success.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise implementations from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
• Orchestrate delivery across multiple teams; govern scope, milestones, and risks.
• Guide customers toward best-practice decisions and scalable solutions.
• Mentor peers and improve implementation playbooks from lessons learned.
