Job summary

Unite Us is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Manager to lead remote end-to-end implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to drive adoption and ROI.

You will manage project scopes, coordinate between internal teams, and ensure go-live success while traveling occasionally for customer needs. This role requires strong program management and communication skills in health/public services contexts, with Jira/Salesforce/Google Suite experience.

Qualifications

• Proven implementation and project management experience.
• 3+ years in a business, technology, consulting, public health, or social services environment.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations, acting as project manager and customer contact during the implementation.
• Manage delivery of all contracted solutions and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
• Scope customer collateral needs such as training plans and workflow documentation.
• Guide customers through project plan development and Coordinated Care Network execution.
• Develop relationships with program stakeholders to launch coordinated care networks.
• Plan, manage, and monitor projects for varying complexities.
• Lead standard technical implementations such as SAML SSO.
• Maintain accuracy of internal systems to manage project pipeline and resources.
