Job summary

Priority Commerce is seeking a Delivery Lead for the Enterprise PMO to own the largest internal cross-functional program. This remote role reports to the Head of EPMO and will shape intake, governance, and triage for enterprise systems and infrastructure while guiding a high-caliber delivery bench across three pillars.

You will lead multi-quarter programs, drive go-live readiness, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, HR, and IT to ensure value delivery.

Qualifications

10–12 years in program management with end-to-end CRM/ERP/HRIS deployments.
Experience leading a program where a business function owns the system and requirements.
Vendor and systems integrator management on major deployments, with accountability for commitments.

Responsibilities

Lead the largest active enterprise program end-to-end from business case through go-live.
Oversee Program Managers and scale the team as the portfolio grows.
Own delivery standards, stage gates, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness for enterprise programs.
Manage vendor and SI delivery, holding partners to commitments and escalating issues early.
Coordinate with business system owners (Finance, Sales, HR, IT) to keep ownership with the function.
Lead the internal delivery bench (infrastructure, cloud, data platform, enterprise architecture).
Shape strategy and business cases for shared services and triage intake and demand.
