Job summary

First Due in the United States is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery of enterprise IT and operational programs from inception to go-live and transition to customer success.

You will build program plans, manage risks, and coordinate across fire/EMS agencies with AI-assisted tooling to improve status updates and planning accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of an assigned portfolio of Enterprise programs from sales transition through configuration, integration, data migration, training, go-live, and Customer Success transition.
• Build and maintain program plans in Rocketlane, including critical path, workstream dependencies, module-level exit criteria, and risk records.
• Sequence go-live events around agency operational readiness and recover at-risk programs with documented resolution paths.
• Lead engagements involving multiple departments and drive change adoption for shift-based personnel and staffing models.
• Utilize AI tooling for status drafting, meeting summaries, and risk synthesis across concurrent workstreams.

Job description

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Lead engagements involving large, multi-department stakeholder groups including fire chief, IT, dispatch, EMS, training, and municipal government.
• Drive change adoption for shift-based personnel, represented workforces, and volunteer or combination staffing models.

AI-Enabled Delivery:

• Use First Due's AI tooling for status drafting, meeting summaries, first-pass plans, and risk synthesis across concurrent workstreams.
• Apply AI-assisted analysis to program preparation, including legacy data assessment and migration field mapping.

Commercial Ownership:

• Deliver against contracted services scope, hours, and fees, and bring recommended commercial positions when overrun risk appears.
• Draft and negotiate change orders in partnership with segment leadership, Sales, and the agency.
