Job summary

EPR Systems USA, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to guide SMB & Mid-Market fire and EMS agencies from contract sign-through live EPR FireWorks deployment.

You will manage the onboarding playbook, configuration, and go-live readiness, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring on-schedule delivery within the budget. This remote role requires robust project management skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to escalate risk early.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation or project management.
• Exceptional understanding of fire and EMS best practices; NFIRS/NERIS/NEMSIS/NFPA/ISO knowledge.
• SQL, computer networking, and Microsoft Office proficiency; familiarity with technical terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to coach diverse groups on software use.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain high productivity.
• Strong customer service orientation with meticulous attention to detail.
• Calm and professional in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer’s day-to-day point of contact through implementation.
• Own the project plan, configuration, integration coordination, and go-live readiness.
• Develop and maintain project plans, configuration workbooks, and documentation.
• Execute SMB cohort model: enrollment, live sessions, go-live readiness.
• Log labor hours, flag budget variances before overruns.
