First Advantage is hiring a Sr. Professional Services Manager (Implementation) to own complex enterprise implementations from discovery through go-live. You will translate customer requirements into practical business solutions, align internal teams, and accelerate revenue while preserving quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex enterprise implementations in B2B SaaS.
• Experience coordinating across Sales, Product, Technology and Operations.
• Ability to translate integrations and APIs into actionable recommendations.
• Coding experience is not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex enterprise implementations across the First Advantage portfolio from discovery to go-live.
• Turn customer requirements into scalable, supportable solutions and guide decisions.
• Build and govern implementation plans with scope, milestones and owners.
• Negotiate scope, timelines and responsibilities with customers and stakeholders.
• Orchestrate delivery across cross-functional teams and partners.
• Lead integration planning, configuration and testing; coding not required.
• Drive go-live and first revenue while managing scope creep and risks.
• Mentor peers and share implementation best practices.
