Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Select Implementation Consultant (Central or East) to lead deployments for large-scale customers in a remote US setting. You will own the customer relationship, coordinate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product, and ensure successful adoption across diverse use cases.

Travel up to 10% is expected. The role requires 6+ years in a senior CS/AM/consulting role, strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and a track record of end-to-end

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in a senior CS/AM/consulting role, SaaS exp preferred.
• Demands strong priority mgmt and high EQ.
• Experience with technical products.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem solving.
• Excellent consultative skills and end-to-end implementation experience.
• Proven ability to build trust with executives and day-to-day users.
• Shows initiative, strong work ethic, and high standards.
• Diplomacy and poise under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment for Enterprise customers and own the client relationship.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track progress, adoption, and account health.
• Conduct trainings and demos for executives and users.
• Manage multiple engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor the Customer Success and Support teams.
• Deeply understand Samsara platform and explain capabilities to customers.
• Embed Samsara cultural principles across global offices.
