Job summary

Darwin Recruitment is seeking an Enterprise New Business Account Executive for HRIS/ERP solutions. This remote role focuses on net-new logos, full sales cycle ownership, and a solutions-based approach engaging senior HR, Finance, and IT leaders.

You will build a self-sourced pipeline, sell software and services, and collaborate with solution architects to shape proposals. EST/CST preferred, with Microsoft ecosystem exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Hunter-focused, enterprise SaaS sales experience.
• Experience selling integrated software and services in HRIS/ERP ecosystems is a plus.
• Proven ability to generate and close net-new logos with executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
• Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline with limited inbound leads.
• Sell integrated software and services in HRIS/ERP environments.
• Engage HR, Finance, and IT leadership for deals.
• Develop strategic account penetration plans and collaborate with architects and delivery teams.
• Leverage partnerships (Microsoft ecosystem) to open doors.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets aligned to the fiscal year.
