Paylocity is seeking an Enterprise HCM Account Executive to engage current clients at the executive level and align Paylocity’s solutions with company objectives. This fast-paced, quota-driven role targets organizations with 500+ employees and requires a consultative approach, strong prospecting, research, and persistence.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities with current clients and prospects.
• Schedule and present Paylocity products to clients with 500+ employees.
• Prepare and present proposals and follow up through the sales process.
• Obtain documentation for additional functionality for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions for added functionality.
• Build executive relationships through telemarketing, on-site meetings, referrals, and networks.
• Maintain quarterly touchpoints to identify client needs for more services.
• Attend trade shows and events to promote Paylocity services.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
