Job summary

Paylocity, a cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, is seeking an Enterprise HCM Account Executive. You will engage current clients at the executive level, align Paylocity’s solutions with company objectives, and aim to close new and expanded sales agreements with organizations supporting 500+ employees.

This remote role requires strong consultative selling, prospecting, and executive relationship skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a sales position.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new client opportunities at executive level.
• Schedule and present Paylocity products to large clients.
• Prepare proposals and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Organize and obtain documentation for adding functionality.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build executive relationships to drive feature adoption.
• Maintain quarterly touchpoints with clients to identify needs.
• Attend trade shows and events to promote Paylocity services.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
