Paylocity is seeking an Enterprise HCM Account Executive to engage high-level client executives and align our solutions with company objectives to close new and expanded sales agreements for organizations with 500+ employees.

In a fast-paced, quota-driven environment, you will foster executive relationships, drive feature adoption, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a superior client experience while meeting aggressive sales targets.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree strongly desired.
• 5+ years’ experience in a sales position.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new current client business opportunities leveraging expertise and industry knowledge.
• Schedule and present Paylocity products to current clients with 500+ employees.
• Prepare and present proposals and provide follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Organize, complete and obtain documentation for clients adding functionality.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transition for client enhancements.
• Build executive-level relationships through telemarketing, onsite meetings, referrals and other sources.
