Paylocity is seeking an Enterprise HCM Account Executive to engage executive-level clients and align Paylocity’s solutions with company objectives to close new and expanded sales. This fast-paced, quota-driven role targets companies with 500+ employees and requires a consultative sales approach, strong prospecting, and persistence.

The role emphasizes building executive relationships, delivering proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success and feature adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a sales position.
• Ability to maintain high activity standards.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Customer service orientation and persistence.

Responsabilités

• Generate net-new current client opportunities leveraging company expertise and industry knowledge.
• Schedule and present Paylocity products to current clients with 500+ employees.
• Prepare and present proposals with appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Organize, complete and obtain documentation for clients adding functionality.
• Work with internal departments to ensure smooth transitions for clients adding functionality.
• Build executive-level relationships to drive new feature adoption rates.
