Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Enterprise HCM Account Executive to engage current clients at the executive level and align our HR and payroll solutions with company objectives. The role targets clients with 500+ employees and demands a consultative, proactive sales approach in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

You will build executive relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and drive new feature adoption while meeting or exceeding sales quotas and participating in industry events.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree strongly desired.
• Sales experience in a competitive environment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new client opportunities leveraging current client relationships.
• Schedule and present Paylocity products to clients with 500+ employees.
• Prepare and present proposals and follow-ups throughout the sales process.
• Organize and obtain documentation for clients adding functionality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions for added features.
• Build executive-level relationships to drive feature adoption.
• Maintain quarterly touchpoints to determine needs for additional services.
• Attend trade shows and events to promote Paylocity.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
