Job summary

Kotis Design is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in our existing enterprise book. You will nurture relationships, uncover new opportunities across Marketing, HR, Events, and more, and expand penetration within large accounts through strategic selling and stakeholder engagement.

This remote role supports a national footprint with travel 8-12 trips per year to key hubs as needed. You’ll partner with Sales Ops and Customer Success to maximize account value and hit aggressive

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development experience.
• Proven ability to grow and expand enterprise accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 25–35 Enterprise accounts.
• Identify opportunities within existing Enterprise accounts.
• Engage multiple departments to expand purchasing.
• Re-engage former customers to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and meet KPIs.
