Job summary

Kotis Design, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within existing enterprise accounts and unlock new opportunities across Marketing, HR, Events, and more. You will nurture relationships, expand reach, and uncover new departments and contacts to maximize account potential.

You will balance hunting and relationship-building, leveraging internal teams and tools to identify value, close deals, and exceed KPIs while traveling 8–12 times per year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development experience.
• 2+ years’ experience using sales automation tools (HubSpot, Outreach.io).
• Able to navigate large organizations and build multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to travel 8-12 trips per year.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of approximately 25–35 Enterprise accounts.
• Work closely with Growth accounts to identify value additions and cross-sell Kotis products and services.
• Pursue new business opportunities within existing Enterprise accounts by reaching multiple departments and contacts.
• Re-engage former customers and dormant Enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Leverage leads from internal teams and use provided lead generation tools.
• Utilize social and professional networking to generate prospects.
• Generate referral business from existing clients.
• Conduct virtual and on-site prospect visits.
• Manage and monitor sales pipeline to exceed KPIs.
• Educate prospects on Kotis services and present solutions.
