Job summary

Kotis Design is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within our current accounts and uncover new opportunities across departments. This fully remote role targets enterprise clients in the US, including Ohio, with travel for on-site visits as needed.

You will nurture existing relationships, expand within accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver Kotis products and services that meet client goals. Base salary is competitive with strong bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development or enterprise sales.
• 2+ years using sales automation tools (HubSpot, Outreach.io).
• Naturally curious and able to navigate large organizations.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Organized enough to manage 25–35 accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of approximately 25–35 Enterprise accounts.
• Identify value opportunities in Growth and Enterprise accounts and expand services.
• Pursue new business within existing Enterprise accounts across departments.
• Re-engage former Enterprise accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Creative PM teams.
• Utilize lead gen tools and social networking to generate prospects.
• Generate referrals and conduct virtual and on-site visits.
• Manage and monitor the sales pipeline to exceed KPIs.
• Educate prospects on Kotis products and services.
