Job summary

Kotis Design, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to expand and nurture a portfolio of 25–35 enterprise accounts, driving growth within existing relationships and uncovering new opportunities across Marketing, HR, Events, and more.

Remote role with travel; you will leverage internal leads, build stakeholder networks, and demonstrate strong relationship-building. Base salary $90–100K with substantial bonus potential and OTE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years business development experience.
• 2+ years using sales automation tools (HubSpot, Outreach.io).
• Naturally curious and able to learn how large organizations operate.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Organized enough to manage a portfolio of accounts.
• Comfortable proactively reaching out to new stakeholders within an existing client.
• Experience managing communications and pipelines through a CRM.
• Strong PC skills (MS Office).
• Travel required, approx. 8-12 trips yearly.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of approximately 25–35 Enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Growth accounts to identify value additions and drive outcomes.
• Pursue new opportunities within existing Enterprise accounts across departments.
• Re-engage former customers and dormant Enterprise accounts to drive growth.
• Leverage leads from internal teams and use provided lead-gen tools.
• Use social/professional networking to generate prospects.
• Generate referrals from existing clients.
• Conduct virtual and on-site prospect visits.
• Manage and monitor your sales pipeline to exceed KPIs.
• Educate prospects on Kotis services and present solutions.
