Job summary

Kotis Design, LLC is hiring a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within our current accounts. You will own a portfolio of 25–35 Enterprise accounts and expand relationships across Marketing, HR, Events, and other teams.

Travel 8–12 trips yearly, with virtual and on-site visits, while using CRM and sales tools to exceed KPIs. You will also re-engage former customers and leverage internal leads to uncover new opportunities within existing enterprise bases, while expanding

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience using sales automation tools (ex. HubSpot, Outreach)
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Organized enough to manage a portfolio of accounts without leaving opportunities untouched
Experience managing communication and pipelines through a CRM
Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office)
Travel required, approximately 8–12 trips yearly.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of approximately 25–35 Enterprise accounts and grow revenue within them.
Identify opportunities across Marketing, HR, Events, Sales, and other teams in Enterprise accounts.
Pursue new business opportunities within existing Enterprise accounts and re-engage former customers.
Leverage internal leads from Sales Ops and Customer Success to expand penetration.
Use lead generation tools and social/professional networking to generate prospects.
Conduct virtual and on-site prospect visits and manage your sales pipeline to exceed KPIs.
