Job summary

Kotis Design, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to grow revenue within current enterprise accounts and uncover opportunities across departments. You will hunt within existing relationships, expand via cross-sell, and engage new buying groups while maintaining a robust pipeline.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in business development, strong CRM skills, and are comfortable traveling. This fully remote role is nationwide across listed states, with a competitive base salary and bonus

Qualifications

• Must build strong relationships across multiple departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to manage 25–35 accounts and keep opportunities active.

Responsibilities

• Own 25–35 Enterprise accounts and grow them.
• Cross-sell to departments across Marketing, HR, Events, etc.
• Re-engage dormant Enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Leverage internal teams and lead generation tools.
• Generate referrals and expand within client networks.
• Conduct virtual and on-site visits and manage pipeline.
