Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Business Development Director to drive net-new revenue, acquire new logos, and expand whitespace within the Manufacturing industry. You will engage senior executives, manage complex engagements, and lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close.

This remote role supports national enterprise accounts; you will build relationships, craft strategic solutions across digital transformation, data and AI, and partner with internal teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in IT sales / business development with a strong focus on enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of identifying and closing new business in organizations with $2B+ in sales.
• Established network within Manufacturing industry.
• Ability to develop long-term client relationships at Director/VP/C-suite level.
• Deep understanding of technology trends across Cloud, Data, AI, and modern software engineering.
• Experience with RFP/RFI processes and cross-functional selling teams.

Responsibilities

• Own new logo acquisition across target enterprise accounts, driving net-new revenue growth.
• Proactively generate pipeline through outreach, campaigns and events.
• Lead full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Position EPAM as a trusted partner to senior decision-makers.
• Develop relationships with Directors, VPs and C-suite within target organizations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client challenges.
