EPAM Systems in the United States is seeking a Business Development Director to drive new logo acquisition and expand whitespace with enterprise clients. This remote role targets the Chicago and Minneapolis markets, leveraging senior-level relationships to win large-scale engagements.

You will position EPAM as a strategic transformation partner across digital, data, cloud and AI, owning the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure while building a strong, trusted advisory presence.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of IT sales or business development with enterprise focus.
• Track record of closing large, multi-million deals with $2B+ sales context.
• Strong ability to build executive relationships with Directors, VPs and C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Own new logo acquisition across target enterprise accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Operate as an individual contributor, leveraging relationships to land new logos.
• Lead full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Develop senior stakeholder relationships within target organizations.
• Position EPAM as a strategic transformation partner across digital, data, AI.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecast reporting.
