Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Business Development Director to drive net-new revenue and acquire new logos across enterprise accounts. You will operate as a market-facing hunter, engaging senior leaders to position EPAM as a strategic transformation partner across digital, data, cloud and AI.

The role emphasizes building trusted executive relationships, expanding EPAM's footprint, and leading the full sales lifecycle in a remote, national US market.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of IT sales or business development targeting enterprise clients.
• Proven track record closing new business with $2B+ annual sales.
• Established network across Chicago or Minneapolis markets.
• Ability to engage C-suite executives (Director, VP, CEO-level).
• Experience selling complex, multi-service or consulting-led engagements.
• Self-starter in a matrix organization with EPAM capabilities.
• Native/ fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Own new logo acquisition across target enterprise accounts, driving net-new revenue growth.
• Work as an individual contributor, leveraging industry relationships to bring in new business and logos.
• Procure, process and close net new accounts.
• Build a pipeline and design a proactive approach to driving new business for EPAM.
• Position EPAM as a trusted partner with decision-makers in prospective and existing client organizations.
• Develop senior stakeholder relationships within target organizations.
• Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through deal closure.
• Proactively generate pipeline through targeted outreach, campaigns and events.
• Position EPAM's capabilities across digital transformation, data, cloud and AI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client challenges.
• Represent EPAM at industry events, forums and networks to strengthen brand presence.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and reporting.
