Job summary

Jobgether seeks a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A to lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and financial consolidation for a fast-growing US business. You will own AOP, LRPs, and executive-ready reports, building scalable frameworks and trusted data to drive decisions.

You will partner with executives and operate with cross-functional teams to improve planning accuracy, operational discipline, and decision speed, while mentoring one direct report and shaping the FP&A function.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A or enterprise planning experience in a high-growth environment.
• Experience owning annual operating plans, long-range planning, and consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete FP&A cycle from AOP to long-range planning and executive deliverables.
• Design planning calendars, milestones, inputs, and high-quality outputs across departments.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation and standard KPIs for reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models, challenge forecasts, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead process improvements to scale planning and reporting with transparency and speed.
• Partner with C-level and cross-functional leaders to align priorities with financial objectives.
• Mentor one direct report and actively participate in day-to-day FP&A work.
• Drive financial discipline, planning rigor, and organizational visibility into performance.
