Jobgether is representing a US-based partner seeking a Head of Enterprise FP&A to lead enterprise planning, consolidation, and reporting in a fast-growing environment. You will own AOP, reforecasting, and long-range planning, while building scalable frameworks and providing trusted financial data for executives.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes modeling, process improvement, and executive partnership. Remote flexibility is offered for eligible U.S.

Formación

• 8+ years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience in a high-growth or complex organization.
• Hands-on, strategic finance leader able to build and run enterprise planning processes.
• Experience leading annual operating plans, reforecasts, and multiyear planning cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Own the complete FP&A cycle including AOP, reforecasting, and LRP, from planning to executive deliverables.
• Design and manage planning calendars, milestones, and assumptions with cross-functional inputs.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation and standardized reporting frameworks.
• Personally develop and maintain financial models, challenge forecasts, and translate insights into actions.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable planning and reporting processes; document standards and build systems.
• Partner with executive leadership to communicate performance and risks and align finance with business priorities.
• Mentor one direct report and drive continuous improvement in planning rigor and transparency.
