Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A to build and lead enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis in a fast-growing environment. You will own the annual operating plan, long-range planning, reforecasting, and consolidation, establishing scalable frameworks and trusted financial data for executive decisions.

You will partner with senior leaders, mentor one direct report, and drive improvements in planning accuracy, discipline, and speed.

Formación

• At least 8 years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience.
• End-to-end planning experience from kickoff to exec presentations.
• Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills with ability to translate insights into actions.
• Experience improving consolidation, reporting systems, planning processes, and financial rigor.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and ability to align priorities across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Own the complete FP&A cycle: AOP, reforecast, and LRP from planning to executive deliverables.
• Design and manage the planning calendar, milestones, and assumptions.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation and standardized KPIs and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models, challenge forecasts, and translate insights into recommendations.
• Lead process improvements to scale planning and reporting with executive partnership.
