Jobgether seeks a Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States. This hands-on, strategic finance leader will own annual operating plans, long-range planning, reforecasting, and financial consolidation end to end. Build scalable planning frameworks and standardize reporting to deliver trusted data for executives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leaders, challenging assumptions, and driving accountability. Remote flexibility is offered for eligible U.S.

Formación

• 8+ years in FP&A, finance ops, or enterprise planning in fast-growing environments.
• End-to-end planning: AOP, reforecasting, LRP through exec presentations.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills to derive insights.
• Hands-on with consolidation, reporting systems, and planning processes.
• Ability to design scalable frameworks and standardize methodologies.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complete FP&A planning cycle from AOP to long-range planning.
• Design planning calendars, milestones, and inputs across departments.
• Own enterprise-wide consolidation and standardized reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models; challenge forecasts and advise actions.
• Improve planning processes, replace manual workflows, and increase transparency.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks and decisions.
• Mentor one direct report while hands-on in core FP&A work.
• Elevate FP&A to a strategic function with disciplined processes.
