Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A to lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation in a high-growth environment. You will own AOP, LRPs, and provide scalable processes and models to support executive decisions.

In this player-coach role, you will partner with senior leaders, drive planning discipline, and mentor one direct report while maintaining hands-on involvement in financial modeling and analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience in a high-growth or complex org.
• End-to-end planning leadership across AOP, reforecasting, and multi-year planning.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities to translate insights into actions.
• Experience improving consolidation, reporting systems, and planning processes.
• Ability to design scalable planning frameworks and document processes.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and ability to align priorities.
• Strong executive communication for presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Influence and accountability to challenge assumptions and drive decisions.
• Hands-on, builder mindset with comfort in financial models and data.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete financial planning cycle (AOP, reforecasting, LRP) from planning through executive delivery.
• Design and manage the planning calendar with clear milestones and inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain an enterprise-wide consolidation framework and standardized reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models, evaluate assumptions, and translate insights into recommendations.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable, repeatable planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks, and strategic priorities.
• Align finance and operations around shared goals and ensure accountability across teams.
• Mentor a direct report and stay hands-on with FP&A activities.
• Elevate FP&A to a core strategic function with disciplined planning and visibility.
