Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to own the complete financial planning cycle, from AOP to long-range planning. You will partner with executive leadership to translate financial insights into strategic decisions and ensure alignment with company priorities.

You will design scalable planning frameworks, drive consolidation and reporting excellence, and mentor one direct report while actively contributing to day-to-day FP&A activities in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, finance ops, or enterprise planning.
• Experience leading annual plans and multi-year planning cycles.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience improving consolidation and reporting processes.
• Ability to design scalable planning frameworks.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent executive communication and influence.
• Willingness to participate in quarterly in-person gatherings.

Responsibilities

• Own the full financial planning cycle from AOP to reforecast and LRP.
• Lead planning calendars, milestones, and cross-department inputs.
• Develop and maintain enterprise consolidation framework and KPIs.
• Build and refine financial models; translate insights into actions.
• Improve processes to increase transparency, accuracy, and speed.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks.
• Align finance and operations around shared goals.
• Mentor one direct report and contribute to day-to-day FP&A work.
• Drive continuous improvement of the FP&A function.
