Jobgether seeks a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A based in the United States. You will own the complete budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and build scalable frameworks for reliable financial data and rapid decision-making.

This player-coach role blends strategic influence with direct ownership of models and reports, partnering with executives to align priorities with financial goals while leading a small team and driving discipline across planning and consolidation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, finance ops, or enterprise planning.
• Experience leading end-to-end planning and multiyear cycles.
• Hands-on in financial consolidation, reporting, and systems.
• Strong financial modeling and data-driven insights.
• Ability to design scalable planning frameworks and KPIs.
• Partner with executives to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to participate in quarterly in-person gatherings in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Responsabilités

• Own the complete financial planning cycle, including AOP, reforecasting, and LRP, from planning through exec presentations.
• Design and manage the planning calendar with milestones and inputs from departments.
• Build and maintain an enterprise-wide consolidation framework with standardized definitions and KPIs.
• Personally develop and maintain financial models and translate insights into actions.
• Replace manual, fragmented workflows with scalable planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with executive leadership to communicate performance, risks, and strategic options.
• Mentor and lead a direct report while actively executing FP&A activities.
• Strengthen financial discipline and organizational visibility into performance.
