Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A to own the full planning and consolidation cycle for a fast-growing company in the United States. You will lead AOP, reforecasting, and long-range planning while developing scalable frameworks and reliable financial data for exec decisions.

You will partner with senior leaders, challenge assumptions, and drive accountability. This player-coach role includes mentoring one direct report and delivering data-driven insights to accelerate growth

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning in a high-growth or complex organization.
• End-to-end ownership of annual operating plan, reforecasting and long-range planning.
• Hands-on financial modeling, data analysis and scalable planning frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own the complete financial planning cycle, including AOP, reforecasting and LRP, from planning to executive delivery.
• Design planning calendars, coordinate inputs across departments and ensure timely outputs.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation and standardized KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead process improvements to replace manual workflows and increase speed and accuracy.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks and align financial objectives.
