Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A based in the United States to lead enterprise-wide planning and financial consolidation.

You will own AOP, LRp, reforecasting, and build scalable planning frameworks, partnering with executives to improve accuracy, speed, and decision-making.

This remote-friendly, player-coach role offers visibility and impact across the business and requires a strong track record in FP&A leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A or enterprise planning experience.
• End-to-end planning leadership across AOP, LRP, and reforecasting.
• Advanced financial modeling and consolidation skills.
• Proven ability to design scalable planning processes and frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication.
• Builder mindset with hands-on data work.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete financial planning cycle from AOP to executive deliverables.
• Design planning calendars and coordinate inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain an enterprise-wide consolidation framework.
• Develop and refine financial models and translate insights into recommendations.
• Lead process improvements to increase transparency and speed.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks.
• Align finance and operations around shared goals.
• Mentor one direct report and contribute hands-on day-to-day FP&A work.
• Elevate FP&A as a core strategic function.
