Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A based in the United States. You will own the annual operating plan, long-range planning, reforecasting, and end-to-end financial consolidation to support executive decisions.

This player-coach role emphasizes scalable frameworks, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven insights. You will mentor one direct report and partner with senior leaders to improve planning accuracy and drive growth, with remote work flexibility for eligible

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience.
• Experience leading annual operating plans (AOP) and multiyear planning cycles.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Hands-on in improving financial consolidation, reporting systems, and planning processes.
• Proven ability to align multiple stakeholders toward shared financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end FP&A cycle including AOP, reforecasting, and LRP.
• Design planning calendars, milestones, and inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation and reporting standards.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into actions.
• Lead process improvements to scale planning and reporting.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance risks and opportunities.
