Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A for a United States-based role with remote flexibility for eligible U.S. residents. You will own the end-to-end planning cycle, drive forecasting and long-range planning, and build scalable reporting frameworks to support executive decision-making.

In this player-coach role, you will mentor one direct report, partner with senior leaders, and lead initiatives to improve planning accuracy and financial discipline across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, finance ops, or enterprise planning in a high-growth environment.
• Experience leading annual operating plans and multiyear planning cycles.
• Strong financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data-driven decision support.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete FP&A cycle: AOP, reforecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop and standardize planning frameworks, calendars, and KPIs.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation and reporting processes.
• Partner with executives to translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Drive process improvements to increase planning speed and accuracy.
• Manage one direct report while contributing to day-to-day FP&A activities.
