Jobgether is partnering to fill a Head of Enterprise FP&A position based in the United States. This hands-on, strategic finance leader will own enterprise-wide planning, modeling, and consolidation, driving accuracy and speed in decision-making across cross-functional teams.

The role offers remote flexibility for eligible U.S. residents, with quarterly in-person gatherings in Lincoln, Nebraska, and opportunities to impact growth and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years FP&A or enterprise planning experience
• Experience leading annual operating plans and multi-year planning cycles
• Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills
• Hands-on consolidation, reporting systems, and planning processes
• Design scalable frameworks and document processes
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment
• Clear executive communication and ability to influence decisions
• Diversity of backgrounds welcome if capabilities are demonstrated

Responsabilités

• Own the complete FP&A planning cycle from AOP to final deliverables
• Design planning calendars, milestones, and coordinate inputs
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation and reporting framework
• Develop and maintain financial models, translate insights into actions
• Drive process improvements for scalable planning and reporting
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks
• Align finance and operations across departments
• Mentor one direct report and stay hands-on in FP&A work
• Elevate FP&A to a strategic decision-making function
