Job summary

Jobgether in the United States is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A, based in the U.S., to own the full planning cycle from AOP to long-range planning. This player-coach role combines strategic influence with end-to-end modeling, consolidation, and reporting, with remote flexibility for eligible residents.

You will partner with executives, design scalable planning frameworks, standardize KPIs and definitions, and drive disciplined forecasting.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of FP&A or enterprise planning experience.
• Strong financial modeling and consolidation experience.
• Experience leading annual operating plans and multiyear planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete FP&A cycle from AOP to LRP through exec presentations.
• Design planning calendars, milestones, and coordinate inputs across departments.
• Build enterprise-wide consolidation and standardized reporting.
• Mentor team and drive continuous process improvements.
