Resistant AI is seeking a Customer Engineer to help customers successfully deploy, adopt, and derive value from our fraud-prevention platform. You will work across Customer Success, Product, Research, Engineering, and Operations to resolve complex technical challenges and optimize outcomes for strategic customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, APIs, integrations, data flows.
• Experience with enterprise customers in advisory capacity.
• Ability to align technical solutions with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and deployment for new customers.
• Operate Resistant AI within fraud workflows.
• Support integrations, configuration, implementation planning.
• Act as trusted technical advisor across lifecycle.
• Build relationships with customer technical and fraud teams.
• Translate challenges into product/operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, Engineering for feedback.
