Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to bridge technical strategy and business value for enterprise clients. You will guide pre-sales validation, onboarding, deployment architecture, and lifecycle expansion with AI-augmented workflows to reduce manual work and accelerate outcomes.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, owning discovery, demos, onboarding, health, risk, and expansion. This role requires strong architectural thinking, communication, and a commercial mindset to drive value

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Ability to white-board, design, and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures clearly.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery with Account Executives and map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures.
• Oversee onboarding, provide migration blueprints, and guide customer engineering teams through best practices.
